Processing Times
All orders are carefully handcrafted and personalized, which requires time to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 8-15 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Local Pickup (if applicable): Available upon request

  • Local drop off: We offer free Local dropoff for Bendigo orders, Dropoffs happen Weekly on a friday.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Locations
We currently ONLY ship within Australia. If you are outside our shipping regions, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Earth & Engrave is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details, and we will assist with a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part. Please review your order details carefully before checkout. If there is an issue, contact us, and we will work to find a solution.
